The Lord Is My Shepherd
Psalm 23
Psalm 23 uses the picture of a shepherd’s care to express trust in the LORD. Green pastures, quiet waters, and right paths describe provision and guidance. This is poetry and imagery, rather than a separate event in David’s life. This printable focuses on Psalm 23:1–3. Read the surrounding passage with children to place the scene in the wider account.
