The Tower of Babel
Genesis 11:1–9
The people of Shinar made bricks and began building a city and tower to make a name for themselves. The LORD confused their language, and they stopped building and were scattered. Genesis does not describe the tower collapsing. This printable focuses on Genesis 11:1–9. Read the surrounding passage with children to place the scene in the wider account.
