Jesus Teaches the Lord’s Prayer

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught his listeners to pray sincerely rather than to impress other people. His model prayer turns attention to the Father, daily needs, forgiveness, and deliverance from evil. Different Bible translations preserve slightly different closing wording. This printable focuses on Matthew 6:5–15. Read the surrounding passage with children to place the scene in the wider account.
