Job 1:1–22; 42:1–17
The Big Idea
Job prayed for his friends after their difficult conversations.
The Bible Story
At the end of Job, the LORD corrected the three friends for what they had said. Job prayed for them, and the LORD accepted him. This scene belongs after Job’s long suffering and conversations; it is not a promise that every hardship will end in material wealth.
